    Please check, double, and triple check this email. That it is one you check often and its correct. You'll be receiving a camp packet and invoice upon approval at this email
    Please note: In order to open mo​re opprotunities to new campers, if you have attended two or more camps you will be on a waitlist
    A horse is required for barrels, poles, and all roping events. Only one horse per camper that is signed up for an event that needs a horse. There is a $35 stall/roughstock fee

    Health and Medical Info

    CCRBC will take every precaution to ensure that your child’s stay with us is a fun and safe experience. Although safety is our first priority, the sport of rodeo has inherent risks and due to these risks, all campers will be required to provide proof of current medical insurance or provide a notarized written statement of financial responsibility for medical care.

    Once you click submit, please wait for your application to be reviewed. You will then receive an invoice from PayTrace and a welcome packet once you've been accepted to 2025 Clark County Rodeo Bible Camp. 
    *Welcome packet does have a notary form that is REQUIRED​ for each camper. You will need to send this form via email AND bring the original to camp*

DISCLOSURE
You are not guaranteed a spot at camp by just submitting a registration form alone. Once your registration has been accepted and you get your invoice, you need to get payment sent and notary emailed to secure you spot.

Each event has a limit on how many campers may enter. Payment and emailed notary are the ONLY guarntee that you'll have your #1 choice. If your "event" is full at the time of your registration, you'll be notified VIA email for your second choice.
